Crafting on Cape Cod: Where Friendship Becomes a Tradition
There are Cape Cod traditions you can explain—and then there are the ones you simply have to experience.
Crafting on Cape Cod is one of those traditions.
Only those who have gathered around the table, dreamed up the design, created something together, bottled a little magic, and laughed through the entire process truly understand what “crafting on the Cape” means.
It isn’t really about the craft.
It’s about the people sitting beside you.
It’s about arriving with ideas and leaving with stories. It’s the conversations that wander in a hundred different directions, the inside jokes that get better every year, the unexpected creative masterpieces—and perhaps a few creations that are memorable for entirely different reasons!
There’s something about Cape Cod that makes these weekends even more special. Maybe it’s the salt air, the slower pace, the familiar roads, or simply knowing that for a little while, everyone has stepped away from everyday life.
And somewhere between designing, creating, bottling, eating, laughing, and probably staying up much later than planned, another chapter gets added to a friendship.
That’s the real craft.
We aren't just making things. We’re making memories.
Another successful weekend on Cape Cod is officially in the books, and once again, the best thing we brought home wasn’t something we could put in a bottle.
It was another collection of stories, laughter, friendship, and moments we’ll remember long after summer has faded.
Here’s to great friends, Cape Cod traditions, and many more weekends of crafting together.
Because if you know, you know. And if you’ve crafted on the Cape—you definitely know. 🌊🍾🩵
